Stephen is past president of the Credit Services Association. he held the post of Head of Training Services for the CSA for a number of years and is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Management.

Stephen was also a co-author of the CSA/City and Guilds Debt Collection Diploma Course and was actively involved in its presentation at the Manchester Business School and Warwick and Manchester Universities.
