In accordance with LPL Terms and Conditions, after successful collection or LPL is instructed by Client to close the file for any reason all Data and File information will be kept for a period no longer than 12 months, unless we are obligated to keep the file for the Statutory period. All files disposed of are shredded via certificated disposal contractors properly licensed to do so.
