Telephone Collection Techniques takes a practical look at formulating a Telephone Collection Policy and successful use of telephone calls for collection. This course gives some answers to those queries and excuses often given to delay payment. An ideal workshop for anyone involved in the collection process. Not only giving you an objective view of your own procedures but allows you to share collection ideas with others.
