Fast Track - Unit Debt Collection Service

What does it mean?

Lower Percentage Charge of only 7% + vat (a lower £25 minimum fee on success only). No Recovery - No Fee

LPL's Voucher Unit users are entitled to use Fast Track and take advantage of the discount facility offered using the pre-purchased units. Our 2nd Stage Service will start the recovery process on receipt of your Fast Track instruction.

There are some circumstances when you may feel that LPL's standard Letter Before Action 1st Stage service may not bring the payment in as quickly as you would like, or there are specific circumstances that require a firmer and more direct approach.

LPL has now introduced a further tier to our Debt Collection services, which will allow Unit User clients to utilise our Flat Fee system whilst incorporating our more in depth 2nd Stage Debt Collection procedures. All as part of one instruction.

Direct Intervention by one of LPL's experienced Account Handlers to achieve:

• Full payment
• Verifying Reasons for non payment
• Establishing Ability to pay
• Arranging Payment Plans
• Using Tracing and Status Reports
• Legal Services if required (subject to terms)
• Ensuring movement towards resolving queries, disputes, credits, contractual amendments, off-hire notices, cash flow management or other arrangements to secure a satisfactory outcome to the problem, and, of course full collection
